Hope for selfless generation

In the Hillsong list, "Hosanna" is one of my favorite songs, because it envisions us what we hope for the next generation. I see a generation Rising up to take their place With selfless faith With selfless faith I see a near revival Stirring as we pray and seek We're on our knees We're on our knees

Last sunday, while we're still eating, our LSF youth members approached to one mom who was a fairly new member at church, and asked politely for her permission to play with her kids. They wanted to serve the younger kids, playing with them in the field after the fellowship dinner. After they left, the mom told me that she liked our church because they were so welcoming. Later I was told that it was his (the youth) prayer request in March playing with new kids after service, probably to help them included in the church community. There is nothing more delightful than seeing our next generation help others with selfless mind and heart, and also seeing them learn how to pray and put into practice. Man of prayer and man of selfless heart are the two characteristics that are wished for the next generation. Praise the LORD! I pray our LSF youth and young adults all become like a Christ-like servant and a man of prayer with spreading the fragrance of Christ wherever they go.
