Yesterday was the big day for LSF, because two of our members attended the Jesus Receiving meeting. These members have been attending (one of them was the host) OA House church for over ten years. Although they haven't confessed their faith, they always supported the House church. As we have long been praying for the two VIPs to believe in God, we were very excited when they agreed to attend the meeting when asked. However, the schedule had been changed twice, and I was worried if this was a negative sign. In addition, the new scheduled day seemed to be busy for us to cover everything. But we trusted God and put our priority in the Jesus receiving meeting. I prepared two flower bundles, wrote celebration cards (assuming they will accept Jesus!), and we welcomed the two gentlemen in the church on Sunday and had worship service together. After having the fellowship dinner, Elder Jeong and the two men finally went into a room, and a long-wait has started outside the room, just like parents wait for the child to finish a test. I had been imagining & dreaming of this moment for so long, and even just thinking made me excited and grateful. But, while we were waiting for them to finish, the shepherd and I were a bit nervous sitting around the Shepherds' wives - coincidentally, we ladies were going to have our monthly fellowship meeting in the same hall. Finally when they came out, the three men walked out smiling. All the people waiting, stood up and celebrated with huge applause, also giving flowers. The two gentlemen looked perplexed but soon delighted. It was a great moment! How much I was dreaming of this moment! Glory to God who has initiated, breethed the hope and the prayer in our hearts strengthening us and adjusted the schedule at the last minute so that they can get the sweetest applause from all the Shepherds' wives! God is so sweet! I was amazed again by his perfect engineering! I praise God that two gentlemen have been enlightened by the Gospel, wakening up their spirits. I trust God that He will reveal Himself to them through the Holy Spirit on their journey and change them into God's image more and more.
